Signing in and verifying your email

Use the code sent to your account email to verify it before creating or joining a Space. Codes expire after 30 minutes. If you request another code, use the newest one. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.

If you forget your password, select Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Request a recovery code, then enter it with your new password. Sign in again afterward; password recovery signs out existing sessions.

Spaces and plans

Free includes one Space total, whether you create it or join it. Premium includes unlimited Spaces. Each member has their own account plan; one person’s Premium purchase does not change other members’ limits.

When Premium expires with multiple memberships, choose one active Space. Other Spaces stay saved but locked, and their reminders stop. To switch the Free selection, leave the active Space first. An owner may need to transfer ownership before leaving.

Event reminders

Enable event reminders in the app and allow notifications in your device settings. Reminders depend on network access, device settings, and notification delivery services. Check the event’s reminder setting as well as your account and Space access.

Managing Premium

Manage or cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account where you purchased it. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Spacenda account does not cancel the store subscription. A purchase stays bound to its original Spacenda account.

Reporting abuse

Email support@spacenda.com with a short explanation and the relevant Space, Event or comment identifier if available. Send only what we need to investigate; avoid unrelated private calendar details. Space owners can remove members using the app’s member controls. We may suspend accounts or remove abusive or inappropriate comments under our terms.
